What are credits?
Credits are used in Clerk to perform tasks such as classification and extraction. E.g. classification uses 1 credit per document, extraction uses 1 credit per page and augmentation uses 1 credit per document, so a 3-page document would use 5 credits to run through these modules.
How many extractors can I create?
You can create any number of Clerk modules (classifiers, extractors and augmentors) as you need under any of the paid plans. The starter plan is limited to 10 modules in total.
What happens to my credits when I upgrade?
You existing credits will be added to the starting credits of your new plan - upgrade any time to secure a better deal.
What are extra credits?
When you need more credits than what is included in your planm you can use extra credits. Larger plans give you better rates. Extra credits can be turned off if you want to stay within your purchased plan.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Already purchased credits will remain available in your account. If you downgrade, you will keep your existing credits until the end of the billing period.
Will credits accumulate?
No, purchased and used credits will be reset in each billing period.
